Age Disclaimer

Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old. All deliveries must be signed for by persons at least 21 years of age.

We can legally ship to all states. See below for individual state's shipping requirements:

Shipping Methods

We have chosen to ship our wines with FedEx whenever possible. In our experience the wine is kept cooler during transport, minimizing the chance of popped corks or compromised quality.

To help keep costs down we ship via FedEx Ground Service to business addresses (recommended) and FedEx Home Delivery Service to residential addresses. (FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY CALL 707-865-0565 and EMAIL US FOR RATES AND SCHEDULES)

Shipping Transit Times

Wine shipped to states in the Western U.S. region will arrive approximately 2 to 5 business days from the time the order was placed.
Wine shipped to states in the Central and Eastern U.S. regions will arrive approximately 5 to 7 business days from the time the order was placed.

If you need an order shipped within a certain time frame include a note in the "Comments" section requesting your delivery date and we will call you to discuss shipping options to best meet your needs.

 

ORDERS & RETURNS

The Order Process

When you place an order, your information and requested products are sent to us. We will then verify your order request, check that the items requested are in stock, and begin packaging your items for delivery. Your credit card will be processed when we call FedEx to pickup your order for delivery.

Cancelling or changing an order

You cannot cancel or make changes to an order that has already been delivered or is en route. If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, please contact us by phone and email to alert us of your requested change. We will check on your order status and do our best to meet your request to cancel or change the order. A 25% restocking fee may apply. You'll find order history information located in the order summary in "Your Account ".

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please call or email us within 30 days of receipt of your order for assistance.

Wines ten years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk.

Out of stock items

Though we try to assure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will call you before shipping and provide the option to select other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer to do so. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order, and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items.
