Claret style with aromas of strawberry and butterscotch, flavors of nutmeg and pomegranate. Finiishes with lively acidity that keeps coming back. The complexity of the fruit, aromas and mouth feel will continue to evolve and can easily be cellared for up to 15 years. Pairs well with sausage, pasta duck and olives.
