This Dehlinger wine is made from Old Wente clone blocks which have the smallest berries and feature a classic flinty, mineral personality.  The complex aromas are of pear, citrus and custard, and it has an engaging Chablis-like mouthfeel.  The wine will be at its peak over the next three years.
